Teff porridge with cream and goatgurt. (Taken with picplz.)
The flavor and texture are amazing, like eating richer cream of wheat. It was great fresh and reheated. I add chopped pecans to my first bowl and would have done so again but I forgot to pack them.
I used this recipe. Next time I’m going to leave out the cloves and use a different spice, or spices, since I don’t actually like the smell of cloves. The honey was a bit much too. I’ll probably either lessen the amount or leave it out altogether and add a tiny bit more salt.
